What we access

QuotaFix requests read-only access to your Gmail account to scan for large attachments, spam, trash, and old promotional emails. After payment, we request permission to move selected emails to trash on your behalf.

What we do NOT store

We do not store, copy, or transmit the content of your emails. We do not store your email attachments. We do not sell your data. The Gmail API calls happen in real time and the results are shown directly to you.

What we do store

We store your email address (for authentication) and your Stripe payment confirmation. We do not store Gmail access tokens beyond the duration of your session.

Google API usage

QuotaFix's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data location

QuotaFix is hosted on Vercel infrastructure in the EU region. No user data is transferred outside the EU.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@quotafix.com to exercise these rights.

Revoking access

You can revoke QuotaFix's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
